We’re looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Lead to join Social Butterfly Studio (SB) and help the agency scale our clients — with a clear marketing and visibility strategy, disciplined execution, and measurable results across multiple brands. In simple terms, we want marketing execution that generates revenue for our business and clients (personal and business brands).
This is a high-leverage role. You won’t be handed a perfect playbook. You’ll help build the playbook, run the experiments, and own outcomes across channels — while making marketing feel genuinely human (not overly salesy, not “AI slop,” and not generic agency marketing plans and output).
You’ll be doing this across multiple client accounts at once (typically 5–10). If managing multiple projects and staying organized under competing timelines isn’t your strength, this won’t be the best role for you. But if you’re capable of treating each client as its own project and have strong project management skills, you’ll excel at this role.
