We’re looking for a mini-owner who can help founders show up consistently with high-standard content and turn a founder’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube into an engine that builds trust, attention, and revenue for the business.
You’ll support content creation + distribution for founders, manage LinkedIn as a growth channel, and edit short-form and long-form video.

Our founder runs Social Butterfly Studio (SB), a personal brand and GTM partner for executives, founders, and businesses. She also loves to go on side quests, learn new things, learn out loud, and document her journey on social media.
The founder is already occupied with running the business and needs help managing the personal brand accounts.
We need someone who can help founders build a repeatable content and distribution system, manage weekly execution, and keep quality high across writing, editing, publishing, and engagement.
